Description

1615 SALISBURY ROAD (North-East Side) Royal Chase Hotel ST 8722 7/231 II 2. Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys and attic. 3 bays. Centre bay projects slightly forward with triangular pediment and with segmental headed dormer in tympanum; tall segmental headed window in 1st floor. Stuccoed front. Moulded eaves cornice and parapet. Band. Other 1st floor windows 3 panes wide in reveals, On ground floor, 2 late Cl9 3-sided canted bays. Later C19 glazed prostyle porch with glazed door with side lights; entablature and semi-circular fanlight over.
