The dwarf wall and railings, along with the gates and gate piers, date from 1615 and are located on the north-east side of Salisbury Road, serving The Mount. The structure features a dwarf stone wall with railings that are angled inward at the entrances on both the left and right ends. These entrances are flanked by gate piers that have peaked capping.
