Description
Dairy Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It features brick walls laid in Flemish bond with some burnt headers, and a thatched roof that is hipped at both the north and south ends. A 20th-century brick stack is located at the center of the ridge. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars and segmental heads. There are two doors: a central plank door with a simple porch supported by square wooden posts, and another plank door towards the north end. The dairy section at the north end has flint and brick banding and a plank door.
