Description

Kingsley House is an attached house, likely with a 17th-century core, substantially remodelled in the 19th century. The walls are of flint, rendered and painted, with a slate roof featuring gable ends. A brick stack is located at the right-hand gable, and a rendered stack is at the left-hand front eaves. The house is two storeys high with five windows in total. Most windows are 3-light stone mullioned with ovolo mouldings, cross-transoms, and moulded stone frames. A canted 3-light bay is situated immediately to the left of the porch. Some windows have metal casements; two sash windows, dating from the 19th century, are located on the upper floor to the left. The porch has two forward columns with unusual capitals and bases and a flat wooden canopy. The front door is flush-panelled with four upper lights.
