Description

These detached stables, located 30 metres north-east of East Elworth Farmhouse, date from the 17th century or later. They feature rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof, which has stone gable coping on the left side and a half-hip on the right side. The stables have two wood-framed windows with slate coverings, added in the 20th century. Above, there are three fixed loft doors. The stables also include two renewed stable doors, positioned left of centre and at the right end.
