Description
The stables, located approximately 100 metres east-south-east of Beenham's Farmhouse, date back to the 17th century and are currently disused. They are constructed of brick and feature an old tile gabled roof with a rectangular plan. A small chimney is positioned at the gable apex on the left end. The building has a projecting plinth and a string course at the head of the ground floor window openings, along with moulded brick gable verges.
On the northeast front, there are six small 2-light brick chamfered mullioned window openings, along with two vertical ventilation slots positioned high up. The southeast gable has two small square recessed window openings, while the northwest gable features five ventilation slots. The stables are integrated into the boundary wall, which is listed separately.
