Detached cottage - former lodge to Charborough Park. Probably early C19 - in "cottage orne" style. Original section of circular plan. Plastered walls, thatched conical roof with iron weather vane at apex. Single-storey. 5 bull's eye windows - one blocked, and 2 plain casement windows. Verandah on timber posts. C19 additions of brick, with slate roofs, part single-storey and part 2-storey, with part-glazed entrance door and casement windows.
