Description

This stone balustrade and steps lead to a terrace located 25 meters west of Charborough Church. Likely built around 1823, the structure features a flight of stone steps and a terrace with pierced balustrade walls that display Gothic tracery. The balustrade is supported by plastered panelled piers topped with moulded caps. This design was intended to create a formal approach to the church.
