Description

No. 49, Spring Street, is part of a terrace and appears to have been built alongside Sexy's Farm Stables. The building has stone walls with brick dressings and a modern tiled roof, featuring a brick stack. It is one storey high with an attic. The front wall incorporates medieval architectural fragments, including two carved corbel heads, a fragment of tracery, and a quatrefoil panel, all probably originating from Bindon Abbey. A modern glazed door provides access, and the ground floor contains a modern casement window. The attic has a half-dormer with a matching casement window.
