Description
Lower Farm Cottage with an attached barn is an 18th-century building. It features coursed rubble walls and a tiled roof with gable ends. The house is a separate structure from the barn but has been extended into it. The original facade of the house is symmetrical, with 2-light casements that have leaded lights, except for the central window on the upper floor, which has a single light leaded-light casement. There is a central door, and all ground floor openings have segmental arches. The barn includes a central double wooden door. To the left, where the house extends into the barn, there are two windows on each storey, also with 2-light leaded-light casements, and the ground floor openings have segmental arches.
