Description
Frogmore House and Frogmore Cottage is a house, originally a farmhouse, with attached outbuildings, dating from the late 18th century. The building features brick walls and a low-pitched slate roof, with plastered end stacks. It stands three storeys tall. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight that has radiating glazing, set within a gauged semi-circular brick arch of two orders. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, also under gauged brick arches. Each of the first and second floors has three similar windows. To the right is a lower former service range, part of which is now a separate unit. This section has brick walls and an asbestos slate roof and is two storeys high, featuring a ledged door and a top-heavy window with glazing bars on each floor. There are attached outbuildings on the left, which are not of particular interest.
