Description

Woodgates Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with parapets and ridge stacks at the gable ends. The building has three storeys and three bays, with the central bay being narrow and projecting forward. All windows have cambered heads; the outer windows on the ground floor and the central window on the first floor are 12-pane sashes, while the outer first-floor windows are 16-pane sashes. The second-floor windows are single-hung 12-pane sashes. The central entrance features panelled double doors and a traceried fanlight. The interior has not been inspected. There are two large external chimneys located at the rear.
