Description
Valentine Cottage is a paired block building located on Silver Street, dating from the late 18th century to the early to mid-19th century. It stands three storeys tall, with one window bay on each side. The building features a slate gabled roof and a colourwashed rendered front. The second floor has sash windows that are three panes wide, although a small modern window has been added to No 61. The first floor has four-pane wide sash windows. On the ground floor, Valentine Cottage has a four-pane wide sash window on the left side and a half-glazed door on the right side, which features engraved glass in the upper part and two panels in the lower part. No 61 has a modern shop window with a passage to the shop on the left side.
