Description

This building comprises two late 18th-century properties on Trinity Street, altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a low-pitched slate roof and flat eaves supported by paired brackets. The building has three windows on the second floor and two on the first floor, one of which is a canted bay. The windows are recessed sash windows, with no glazing bars. The canted bay features a four-pane sash to the front and two-pane sashes to the sides, along with a small moulded cornice and a plain apron. An Edwardian shop front is present on the ground floor to the left, with a door located beneath the bay window, and a modern shop front also present. Nos. 14 to 46 (even) form a group with No. 71A Brown Street.
