Description

90 and 92 Brown Street are a pair of buildings from the late 18th century that have been recased from an earlier 17th-century structure. They are two storeys tall with an attic, featuring painted stucco and stone quoins. The gable end has a new tile roof, and there are three hipped roof dormers with new tile hung cheeks. Each floor has three windows with flush sashes that are four panes wide, and the ground floor windows have keystones. Number 90 has a modern door that replaced a former double door, while number 92 has a door with four flush panels, which was previously framed with a moulded frame and hood. Numbers 82 to 102 on the street form a group with these buildings.
