Description

This is a detached farmbuilding with a loft located 10 metres north of Hewood Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It features rubble walls with brick quoins and a corrugated-iron roof, which has one end that is half-hipped. The building is 1 and a half storeys tall and has segmental brick heads, with some burnt headers. It is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
