Description

73A East Street is an 18th-century building located south of the Market Place, behind No 73 East Street. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a mansard half-hipped roof with two hipped dormers. The building is constructed of red brick and has a brick dentil cornice. Above, there are two and three-light casement windows with segmental head linings. Below, there is a splayed bay with a slate roof and sash windows in the center. The entrance consists of a six-panel door with the top two panels cut away and glazed. A modern brick projection has been built out at the north end.
