Description

A pair of early 19th-century semi-detached houses stand on the north side of East Hill in Charmminster. The houses are constructed with brick walls in Flemish bond, featuring rubbed brick voussoirs above the windows. They have slate roofs with gable ends and rendered stacks at the gable ends. Each house is three storeys high and contains two sashes with thin glazing bars. Stone cills are present. The front doors are located centrally, adjoining the party wall; the left-hand house (No. 11) features an early 19th-century door with six flush panels, while the right-hand house (No. 12) has a 20th-century door with four fielded panels and two top lights.
