Description

15 and 17 Shadrack Street are two attached cottages dating from the 18th century. They feature rubble stone walls and a concrete tile roof with a brick chimney on the right gable. The cottages are two storeys high, each with one window that consists of a three-light wood-framed casement, which has an iron opening centre-light. The windows are topped with wooden lintels. The front doors are both from the 20th century: No 15 has a plank door located on the left side, while No 17 has a centrally placed plank door with one glass light. There is a small wooden porch with a concave pitched gable.
