Description

20 and 22 Church Street are two attached cottages built in the early 19th century. They feature coursed lias stone walls and a slate roof, with brick stacks located at the party ridge and the right-hand gable. The cottages are two storeys high and have a total of three windows. Number 20 has three-light iron casements with wooden cills and lintels, while the ground floor has four-light casements. Number 22 also has three-light iron casements and a wooden ground floor casement with glazing bars. The front door of number 20 is a flush-panelled design with two top lights, which is a replica. The front door of number 22 is made of wood and has two glass lights, dating from the 20th century.
