Description
Longhayes is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It features dressed stone walls and a patent tile roof with gable ends. There are 20th-century brick stacks located to the left and right of the center. The house has two storeys and basements, with approximately six windows in total. The windows include two-light wooden casements with concrete lintels above, and three-light metal casements with wooden sills and stone arch-voussoirs above.
The entrances consist of a round arch leading up steps at the center left, with a plank door that has nine glass lights. Immediately to the right of this entrance is another plank door with stone arch-voussoirs. Towards the right end of the house, there is a plank door with a wooden porch topped by a hipped tile roof, which is from the 20th century.
