Description

This is an early 19th-century detached cottage, originally comprised of two dwellings. The cottage is constructed of dressed stone with a concrete tile roof. A brick stack rises from the ridge, positioned slightly right of centre. The cottage has two storeys and four windows, each with a 3-light wooden casement featuring horizontal glazing-bars. The windows are topped with stone arch-voussoirs and have wooden cills. A plank door, fitted with ornamental hinges and a small window, leads into the cottage. A 20th-century staple, gabled porch canopy, is tiled.
