Description

No. 32 is a cottage located at the left end of a terrace on West Street in Corfe Castle. It dates from the 19th century and features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with a brick stack at one end. The building has one storey and an attic. The entrance consists of a part-glazed panelled door, which is sheltered by a pentice hood supported by shaped timber brackets. On the ground floor, there is one plain casement window and one sash window with a central glazing bar. The attic contains two pent-roofed dormers, each with sash windows that also have a central glazing bar. This cottage is included for its group value with other nearby buildings.
