Small house at end of and set back from row. Mid C19, possibly remains of an earlier house. Rendered, slate roof. Two-storeys, 1-windowed. 4-pane sashes, and to left a part-glazed margin pane door in lean-to porch. Low pitched slate roof, stone stack to right gable, which is in rubble. Included for group value.
