Description

This is a pair of early 19th-century houses situated in a row. They are constructed of coursed squared stone blocks with broad flush bands at lintel levels, and have tiled roofs; the roof to number 13 is slurried, with one course of stone slates at the eaves. The houses have two storeys and an attic, with a window arrangement of one plus one window per side. There is a paired 12-pane sash window in a hipped central half-dormer, and the remaining windows are 4-pane sashes. A pent porch is constructed of large squared blocks, with lateral entries featuring 20th-century doors. Brick gable stacks are present. The houses have been extended to the rear in the 20th century.
