  1. Early C19. L-shaped 2-storey block, brick and stucco. Nos 70 and 72 are gabled cottages set back from road. They have wood casements and linked trellis porches. No 74 has a pedimented gable to road and a 2-storey splayed bay, also quoin pilasters. Stucco gable-end, brick on South front.

Nos 70 to 88 (even) form a group.
