Description

Nos 63 and 65 Salisbury Street date from the early to mid-18th century, although they have been significantly altered since. They are two storeys high with attics, and comprise three windows for No. 63 and two windows for No. 65. The buildings are constructed of grey burnt brick with red brick dressings, topped with a modillion eaves cornice. The first-floor sash windows retain keystones. They feature shop fronts. No. 63 has a Georgian door hood supported by voluted console brackets, and a three-sided canted bay window rising through both storeys, finished with moulded cornices. Nos. 61 to 67 (odd) form a group.
