  1. Adjoining above. 3-window stucco house of similar date, 3 storeys and basement. Ground floor rusticated. The centre of the upper part of the front forms a sunk panel. Strings, cornice, parapet. Projecting Ionic porch, the iron balustrade to the parapet forming a 1st floor balcony. Round-headed dooway with moulded archivolt. 6 panelled door upper 4 panels round-headed. (Nos 76 to 88 (even) are examples of an early C19 style which, although common elsewhere, is rather rare in Blandford).

Nos 70 to 88 (even) form a group.
