Description
Nos 90 to 96 on Crane Street are a pair of two-storey buildings dating from the latter part of the 18th century. They are constructed from painted brick and feature a steeply pitched gable end roof covered with old tiles. The buildings have a brick cornice with toothed eaves at Nos 90 and 92. On the first floor, there are six windows and one blocked window, all of which are recessed sashes without glazing bars. The ground floor has modern shop fronts, except for No 96, which has one window. No 94 retains an original door with six fielded panels, framed by panelled pilasters and topped with a pedimental hood. Nos 90 to 96 form a cohesive group.
