Description

This is probably an 18th-century building located on Ulwell Road. It is constructed of Purbeck stone with a Purbeck stone roof, and features end chimney stacks, although the upper part of the eastern stack has been removed. The building is designed symmetrically, with a central doorway that is now partially blocked by a raised cill. The ground floor has two double-hung sash windows with stone arches, and the first floor has two double-hung sash windows. A single-storey stone outbuilding with a corrugated asbestos roof is attached to the west end of the building. The building was noted to be under repair at the time of the survey. It was originally listed as number 55.
