Description

No 62 in Ulwell, formerly known as Brock Cottage, is a building that likely dates back to the 18th century. It features walls made of Purbeck Stone and a roof also constructed from Purbeck Stone, with modern brick stacks. The original structure is two storeys high and has three casement windows on the ground floor, one of which replaces a blocked door, along with two similar windows on the first floor. A recent single-storey addition on the north side has Purbeck Stone walls and a modern tiled roof, with metal casement windows.
