Description

17 Bell Street is a traditional Purbeck cottage, likely dating from the 18th century. It features Purbeck stone walls and a stone roof, along with a stone stack. The building is two storeys high and has a modern ledged door with a pent roof supported by timber brackets. Both the ground and first floors have two double-hung sash windows with shutters. There is a lean-to addition on the south side, which has a slate roof. The property is enclosed by Purbeck stone boundary walls.
