Description

Court Cottage is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed with Purbeck stone walls and a stone roof. The cottage is two storeys high with an attic. The ground floor features a central doorway with a raised panel door and a stone relieving arch above. Two casement windows with glazing bars are also present on the ground floor, each with its own stone relieving arch. The first floor has two casement windows with glazing bars, and a central blocked window. A dormer window projects from the attic, featuring a hipped roof and a casement window. Note that there is no property numbered 231 adjacent to Court Cottage.
