Description

Mulberry Cottage is likely a 19th-century building. It is constructed of Purbeck ashlar stone with a Purbeck stone roof and brick stacks. The cottage is two storeys high. The ground floor features a four-panel door and three double-hung sash windows with arched heads. The first floor has four double-hung sash windows; two have arched heads matching those on the ground floor, one has a semi-circular head, and one has a square head. A two-storey canted bay window with double-hung sashes and a hipped roof is situated to the west of the front door. This bay window may be a later addition. Two buttresses are present along the front wall towards the east end. A Purbeck stone boundary wall runs along the street frontage.
