This is the first building in a terrace of houses located on the south side of High Street. It likely dates from the 18th century and is raised above pavement level, set upon a terrace with a retaining wall constructed of Purbeck stone and an iron railing. The building has walls and a roof of Purbeck stone, with brick chimney stacks. The ground floor features a modern part-glazed door and four double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The first floor has three double-hung sash windows, similarly with glazing bars. It is recorded in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments as Monument 46.
