Description

1 Bell Street is a two-storey building, likely dating from the 18th century. It features walls and a roof made of Purbeck stone, with a brick chimney stack. The ground floor includes a central doorway with a ledged door, flanked by two casement windows that have glazing bars and stone arched heads with projecting keystones. On the first floor, there are two additional casement windows with glazing bars. This building is similar in style to No. 339 High Street and is noted as RCHM Monument 55.
