Description

No 2 Bell Street is located on the corner of Bell Street and High Street. It is probably from the 18th century and is currently used as a shop. The building features Purbeck Stone walls and a roof, and it has two storeys with attics. The Bell Street side includes a door, along with a modern shop window and door on the ground floor. There is a window to the south of the door that has been reduced in width and was formerly a double-hung sash. On the first floor, there are two double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The attic has two dormers with hipped roofs and double-hung sashes. The elevation facing High Street has a gable end and also features a modern shop window on the ground floor.
