This building is a former cow-stall that has been converted into a dairy, dating from the early 19th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a combination thatch and slate roof. The structure is one and a half storeys high and has a long range with approximately five windows, with the gable end facing west. The windows have segmental heads and wooden shutters along the side wall. There are plank doors at ground level and a loft door above, with stone steps leading up to the loft door on the gable wall.
