Description
Masongill is a 19th-century building located on Long Street. It is two storeys high with a three-window ashlar front and features two box dormers. The eaves are supported by paired brackets, and the sash windows and doorway have moulded stone architraves. The sash windows are four panes wide, and the six-panelled door has the upper four panes fielded, topped with a four-light shallow rectangular fanlight. There is a footscraper at the entrance. Inside, there are contemporary door surrounds and fireplaces. Masongill is part of a group that includes The Red House, Grey Lodge, and several other nearby properties.
