Description

The gate piers at the road entrance to Enys date from the 19th century and are made of dressed granite. They feature a wide gateway flanked by square piers with monolithic shafts and pyramidal caps topped with ball finials. The wooden gate is a 20th-century reproduction of the original, designed with cross-bracing and dowelling. Additionally, the gate piers have cusped traceried fanlights and triangular spandrels on both the left and right sides, with a similar window in each side wall. The interior has not been inspected.
