Description

ST LEVAN TRENGOTHAL SW 32 SE 7/247 Loose boxes at approximately 60 - metres west of Trengothal Farmhouse GV II Loose boxes for calves. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. L- plan scantle slate roof with gable ends. Plan: L-shaped plan with most of the openings facing into the angle. Exterior: Single storey. Unaltered elevations except that window to middle of right-hand gable end has been enlarged in the C20 to make a doorway. South-east front has 3 doorways on the right and a gable-ended wing at right angles in front of the left-hand side. Wing has doorway near the angle. Both gable ends have original doorway on their right. Interior not inspected. Part of an unspoiled hamlet containing an interesting group of farmhouses and farm buildings all set in a beautiful rural landscape.
