Description

Uzella is a pair of attached houses located on Edgcumbe Road in Lostwithiel, dating from around 1820, with some 20th-century alterations. The houses are constructed from rendered stone rubble and feature a slate roof with ridge coping tiles, gable ends, and brick gable end stacks. The pair consists of No 12 on the left and Uzella on the right, both having central entrances. Each house has one room at the front on the outer sides and a service room at the rear. They are two storeys high, with the first floor displaying four 2-light casements that have 4-centred arches and 10-pane lights. The entrance to No 12 features a panelled and glazed door with a slate hood, while Uzella has a glazed door with a corrugated plastic hood. To the left of Uzella is a 2-light 10-pane casement, and to the right is a 2-light 2-pane casement. The interior has not been inspected.
