House, probably former count (account) house. Circa early C19. Roughly-coursed granite rubble with dressed granite quoins, jambstones, sills, lintels and voussoirs. Three-quarter-hipped scantle slate roof. with brick chimney over each side wall. Cast-iron ogee gutters. Plan: 2 rooms originally with cross passage between. C20 addition behind left hand room and single storey hipped-roofed addition at right hand side. 2 storeys. Originally symmetrical 3 window south front with central round-headed doorway. Left hand window deepened in the C20 to insert glazed door. Original doorway has C20 glazed door within original frame with cable-moulded transom to blind fanlight; projecting keystone over the doorway arch. The windows in the original openings are circa later C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes. Interior slightly remodelled in the C20 but structurally fairly complete.
