Description
This description is for a stile, gate piers, and gate located south of the Church of Saint Germoe, likely dating from the 18th century. The structure features granite rubble walls with some dressed granite, as well as dressed granite stile stones, copings, and monolithic gate piers made of granite. There is a wrought-iron gate. The design includes a gateway with a grid stile flanked by side walls. At the south end, there are a pair of square gate piers. The side walls have square-edged copings, while the taller gate piers are round-headed. The gate itself has elliptically-arched bracing and a top rail.
