Description
The Elizabeth Hallet headstone, located about 14 metres south of the south aisle of the Church of St Paternus in South Petherwin, dates from 1774. It is a simple slate headstone featuring a shouldered round arch head. The front of the headstone has a crudely carved inscription in both upper and lower case with serifs, along with a verse below.
