Description

The gate-piers, stile, and flanking walls located approximately 200 metres west of Carnhell Farmhouse date from the early 19th century. They are constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings. The design features a gateway flanked by square piers, a grid stile with parallel side walls to the left of the gateway, and quadrant screen walls on both the left and right. The gate-piers have square copings and are topped with round-headed monolithic stones.
