Description
This is a house located 100 metres south of Wormsland Cottage, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of rendered and painted stone rubble and cob, with the left end covered in corrugated asbestos. The roof is made of rag slate and features gable ends. There are brick chimneys: one on the projecting end stack to the right and another on the rear lateral stack to the left.
The layout consists of two rooms with a cross passage. The left room is heated by a rear lateral stack, while the right room has an end stack for heating. There is a small single-storey service outshut on the left side.
The exterior is two storeys high and has an almost symmetrical front with three windows. The windows are primarily 19th-century two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a 20th-century partly glazed door set in a small gabled porch, flanked by a 19th-century two-light casement on the right and either a 19th or 20th-century two-light casement on the left. Three additional 19th-century two-light casements are located on the first floor. The interior is not accessible for viewing.
