Description

Holly House is a house dating to the 1840s, located on Fore Street in Polruan. The house is constructed of stuccoed rubble stone with a hipped scantle slate roof and wide eaves. Rendered brick stacks are situated over the side walls. The symmetrical facade has a three-window arrangement and a plat band below the first-floor window sill level. The ground floor features a central, partly glazed door with a rectangular fanlight and panelled reveals. Contemporary sash windows with margin glazing bars and exposed sash boxes are positioned on either side of the door and above. The interior has not been inspected.
