House. c1850 (information from the owner). Stuccoed stone rubble; natural slate roof; stacks with rendered shafts with cornices. Plan: double-depth south-facing plan with a central entrance facing the stair, single-storey outbuilding adjoins at NE. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Deep eaves with boarded eaves soffit. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central, recessed, half-glazed, panelled front door. Outer ground- and first-floor windows are 16-pane hornless sashes, 12-pane sash to first-floor centre. Windows preserve fascias for sunblinds. Rear elevation has modern single-storey lean-to conservatory and preserves some original sash windows. INTERIOR: preserves original joinery: doors, doorcases; stick baluster stair with mahogany handrail.
