Barn, formerly cottage and attached outbuilding. C17 with small C20 additions to rear, front, and left gable end. Slatestone rubble and cob with steeply-pitched slate roof. 1 room deep with massive chimney at higher gable end, stable at lower end. Ground floor front retains 2-light wooden opening at higher end of front. Ground floor fireplace with chamfered fireplace.
